What it is

A desktop app that shows an English research paper side by side with its translation, paired sentence by sentence. It translates via Claude Code, Codex, or an API key, searches arXiv, and offers summaries and a chat grounded in the open paper.

Install

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sionic-ai/openpaper/main/install.sh | bash

This command downloads a script and runs it, or needs admin rights. Review it before running it.

Ready-made installers, when the project publishes them, are on its latest release.
