Cartethyia is a powerful reverse proxy for OpenAI and Anthropic-compatible clients, Powered by Elysia and native Bun. It exposes Unified API Protocol surfaces through a single server, routes models across either ecosystem, and translates requests and responses in real time with support for prompt caching and much more capabilities
