What it is
Python implementation of the node2vec algorithm for learning node embeddings in networkx graphs. It generates biased random walks and trains a gensim Word2Vec skip-gram model on them, and also provides edge embedding classes that combine node vectors.
Who it's for
Python developers computing node embeddings for graph machine learning tasks on networkx graphs
How to use it
Install
pip install node2vecFrom its README. Check it there before running it.
Ask your AI to set it up
Paste this into Claude, ChatGPT or your coding assistant.
Help me install and set up mwell70/node2vec in my project. Follow its README: https://github.com/mwell70/node2vec. Explain each step and check it is safe before running anything.
