What it is

An experimental model: Qwen3.5-4B with a 32-bit RISC-V CPU compiled into its weights, using Gated DeltaNet state as RAM. Qwen calls a calc tool, and the compiled layers run it on the CPU inside the forward pass. Benchmarks report arithmetic accuracy against base Qwen.

Who it's for

ML researchers studying model interpretability and compiled weights, and developers exploring LLM internals
