Indra OCR is a Python OCR tool with a 1M-parameter recognizer that runs on ONNX Runtime on CPU, without PyTorch. It detects lines and layout blocks with reading order, reads digital PDF text layers, and outputs markdown, plain text or JSON with bounding boxes.
