Self-hosted error tracker that runs on Cloudflare Workers. It accepts OTLP logs (JSON and protobuf) and Sentry error envelopes, groups errors into issues, and exposes them through an API and MCP tools. Evidence is stored in your own D1 database and R2 bucket.
